Spring & Summer Tours are available Tuesday and Wednesday mornings 9:30am and 11am starting after Easter and by reservation only.
Fall Tours are available Monday-Friday, 9:30 am, 11:00 am, and 1:00 pm, and by reservation only.
Now with Online Reservations! Click the link at the bottom of this page to schedule your tour now. You may start booking fall tours starting in early June. You will need a Visa or Mastercard credit card to schedule your tour even if you are choosing not to pre-pay by credit card. There will be a $25 cancellation fee charged to the credit card if you are booked and decide to cancel...so be sure of your date and time! We will be happy to do a re-scheduling for you at no charge.
Group tours will be introduced to specific information about the growth of apple trees and the importance of farm animals. If there are any
concepts or ideas you would like to have mentioned, please let us know. We'll be happy to include this along with the tour. Our goal is to provide a memorable experience as well as an educational opportunity for you and your students.

Tours are $6 per person ages 2 and up. One teacher (or organizer) per class/group is free, and ages under 2 are free. There is a 15 paying person minimum (or $90). We staff your tour by the numbers you enter during your reservation so any more than a 5 person difference can impact the staffing. If you have changes in your numbers of more than 5 persons, please contact us within 48 hours of your tour to adjust your numbers. For public schools, all adults and children shouild be included in your count. If you have many special needs persons with paraprofessionals, please contact David or Virginia Milburn at info@milburnorchards.com for approval and exclusions at the time of booking.
There is a flat $25 cancellation fee once your reservation has been confirmed. Note to Schools: if you cancel your reservation without re-scheduling, you/your school will be responsible for the cancellation fee. If we cancel your tour due to inclement weather, there will be no cancellation fee. Otherwise, the full amount will be due for a same day cancellation. There will also be no refunds for "no shows".
Tours are different according to the season, but fall tours include:
Stroll through the Pumpkin House
Upon arriving at our our farm, please know the number of people (including parents) you have attending and also have your payment already collected. Even if the parents do not ride the bus, please collect their admission in advance. Failure to do so may cause your group to be delayed.
Please have each child wear an identification tag which includes their name and the name of the school. Stress the importance of dressing properly. They may need to wear boots or coats, depending on the weather.
Be sure the bus driver knows how to get here. There is a map for viewing, or you can print out our "Directions" page for the drivers. Buses are required to park in the designated tour parking area, NOT the farm market parking lot.
