Evening Hayrides A
Milburn Orchards evening hayride includes: a leisurely hayride through the
orchards and a bonfire. We provide the bonfire, roasting sticks, and two
gallons of cider per wagon. Our small wagons will accommodate up to 30
riders (depending on number of children and adults). Our large wagons will
accommodate up to 40 riders (depending on number of children and adults).
For a larger group, please schedule 2 wagons.
Hayride Hints

Bring warm clothing; it can get chilly.

Bring food for around the bonfire. Remember the hot dogs and
marshmallows!

Organize some fun activities. Sing songs, play games, tell
ghost stories by the bonfire.

Flashlights may be helpful.

Make sure everyone in your group knows the exact time and date of your
hayride. Copy the map or give directions, so no one gets lost. Plan to
arrive 15 minutes before scheduled departure time. Late arrivals
could get left behind. We have no way of catching the wagon.

Park all vehicles in our Weekend Parking lot. Have your group
assemble in the picnic area.

Leave all valuables at home or in your locked vehicles.
Rain In the case of inclement
weather, call between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. on the day of your hayride. We
will either try to reschedule your hayride or refund your money. Calls
must be received between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. for a refund to be
issued. Milburn Orchards reserves the right to cancel by 4:00 p.m., if
conditions at the orchards are inappropriate (muddy fields). IF NO CALL IS
RECEIVED, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED!!
Cost The cost of the hayride
event is $200
for small wagons and $235 for large wagons. There is a $100 deposit
required to hold your reservation which must be received within seven days after you make
the reservation or it will be canceled. The remaining balance is due 14
days before your scheduled hayride. The payments are non-refundable, except in the
case of inclement weather or cancellation within 14 days of your scheduled
reservation.
Scheduling A Hayride Milburn Orchards
hayrides are offered September through November on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
evenings (weeknights by special request for an additional $10 charge).
Hayrides may be scheduled by calling Milburn Orchards Mon - Fri between the
hours of 9am - 3pm. The time each ride begins is as follows:

The ride to the bonfire site takes approximately 20 minutes, you are at
the bonfire site about 1 hour, and the ride back takes approximately 20
minutes.
Rules Violation of any of the
following give your driver the right to immediately discontinue your ride
without a refund:
