ABOUT OUR TOURS
Group tours will be introduced to specific information about the growth of apple trees and the importance of farm animals. If there are any concepts or ideas you would like to have mentioned, please let us know. We’ll be happy to include this along with the tour. Our goal is to provide a memorable experience as well as an educational opportunity for you and your students/group participants. We can even adjust your tour according to the age of your group! Want to schedule an all adult tour or a tour for a special needs group? No problem! Just let us know ahead of time so we are ready for you when you get here!
Tours are $6 per person ages 3 and up. One adult is free per 20 children, and ages 2 and under are free. There is a 15 paying person minimum (or $90). We staff your tour by the group size you enter during your reservation, so any more than a 5 person difference can impact the staffing. If you have changes in your numbers of more than 5 persons, please contact us within 48 hours of your tour so we can ensure the best experience possible.
For public schools, all adults and children should be included in your count. If you have many special needs persons with paraprofessionals, please contact one of our Event Coordinators at firstname.lastname@example.org for approval and exclusions at the time of booking. Also, If you are NOT a public or private school, a $90 deposit will be due at time of reservation with a credit card. This includes child care centers, moms clubs, etc.
*ALL PAYMENTS/BALANCES FOR ALL RESERVATIONS ARE DUE UPON ARRIVAL ON YOUR SCHEDULED DATE. WE DO NOT SEND INVOICES FOR TOURS. TO REQUEST A WAIVER OR EXCEPTION, YOU WILL NEED TO SEND US AN EMAIL IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING YOUR ONLINE RESERVATION SUBMISSION, TO email@example.com
There is a flat $25 cancellation fee once your reservation has been confirmed. Note to Schools: if you cancel your reservation without re-scheduling, you/your school will be responsible for the cancellation fee. If we cancel your tour due to inclement weather, there will be no cancellation fee. Otherwise, the full amount will be due for a same day cancellation. There will also be no refunds for “no shows”.

Upon arriving at our our farm, please know the number of people (including all adults) in your group and have your payment prepared. Even if adults do not ride the bus, please collect their admission in advance. Failure to do so may cause your tour to be delayed.
