Hi, I was just their over the weekend and I went to park in the handicapp parking and one of your men directting traffic would’nt let me park there. Just to let you know I have a handicapp tag. I was very upset because all of the times I come there this was the first time I could’nt.

I certainly can understand why this would disappoint you! We were a bit busier than expected last weekend. The market parking lot on our fall weekends is strictly reserved for handicap tags and the elderly so I’m not quite sure why you weren’t directed into this lot by our experienced traffic directors. Unless they allowed too many older folks and didn’t save enough spaces for handicap, or simply didn’t see your tags, is still not acceptable. I will make sure to remind them of the importance of taking care of our customers with handicap marked vehicles before another busy weekend comes!
